This private preparation tool is for its owner's use. Google sign-in verifies the approved Google account. The server checks the signed account identity and verified email, and retains the Google account's unique identifier to recognize the same account. It does not retain Google ID tokens.
The existing personal passphrase remains available as an alternative to Google sign-in. Signing in creates a private session that lasts up to seven days. You can end it with Sign out. Google sign-in does not give CueEdit access to Google Drive, Docs, Gmail or offline access.
The server stores the topics, research text you paste, scripts, production packs, review decisions and job status you submit in its private database. Data remains until the owner removes it. The connected laptop worker can read queued research and return drafts. When the owner runs preparation, that worker uses the laptop's configured assistant service to process the research.
The server itself does not generate content or use paid AI services. Google operates its own sign-in service under its privacy policy. Google privacy policy.
